Diary

We’ve been indulging in a little passive research - ie. reading the Popbitch.com newsletter. This is what we’ve learnt:

Shambling Pop Tarts Girls Aloud took eleven takes to record a ‘Hi, we’re Girls Aloud and you’re listening to...’ radio station promo. Christ knows how long it takes them to do an album.

On a video shoot in the late ‘80s, Tommy Lee offered crew members $100 to eat his coke-encrusted snot. One did, and didn’t even take the money.

Mark Bosnich will always be haunted by his gakhead past. While recording Sky’s “The Match” he suffered a big nosebleed. Cue much sniggering from the crew.

When trying to ‘break’ America, ‘actress’ Martine McCutcheon was heard describing herself as “the Madonna of the UK.”

Brian McFaddon drives a hummer.

Neighbours is going to have a terrorist bomb blow up the pub and buildings... so producers can renovate Erinsborough with a cactus garden and wine bar. (Presumably the bomb is the work of Al-Neighba).
